Wonderful 360 degree views from the 30th floor level

For a modest fee the general public can travel up the interior of the conference centre tower in the high speed lifts to the 27th floor and walk the final three floors of stairs up to the roof / helipad level for a wonderful 360 degree view over Nairobi City, protected by a handrail around the perimeter. A very worthwhile exercise. We did not suffer from any vertigo at the top - it felt very safe. The official guide gave a very enthusiastic talk about what one could see and a printed souvenir guide was available to purchase.

after security checks pay 400 shillings to be escorted by lovely staff via lift,stairs and spiral staircase to a circular balcony with views for miles over the city Take as long as you like and ask any questionsof the staff,particulally racheal,before returning to earth
