One of Nairobi's better Ethiopian resturants. Set in a large garden with several private and seni private table options, as well as a not very inviting inside. It has lots of parking, good service and at fair prices.

I had been longing for Ethiopian food at this restaurant for years. They have a branch at Utali House, which I am reviewing, it is known as Habesha two. We ordered wine, avocado juice, Doro Wot, some injera, and a selection of mixed vegetables. There was no wait for our food ,whatsoever. They have an outdoor seating area. We started off inside, but as it was a sunny day, we sat outside. The waiter was attentive, and explained what the dishes were, to my mother. The portions were huge, food delicious, and the bill came to 1200 shs, which was value for money. So, if you can't get to the branch at Argwings Kodhek road, try this branch at Utalii house. The restaurant doesn't have its own toilets, and shares toilets with other offices at Utalii house. I would advise you not to use the toilets at all.

A very relaxed garden restaurant, good for a lazy afternoon drinking away with the occasional biting from the delightful kitchen of Ethiopia. Run and patronised by Ethiopians - your best choice in town.

I love this place
super cool casual atmosphere, combined with real genuine Ethiopian food makes this a very good place to spend an evening.
Service is slow and slightly confused, but the servers have a good attitude.
I think it's always packed, so come early or try to make a reservation.
